BOOTH RENTAL INFORMATION
WHO SHOULD RESERVE A BOOTH?
THIS IS A GARAGE SALE AND WE ARE SEEKING VENDORS THAT WILL BE SELLING USED HOUSEHOLD GOODS OR PERSONAL ITEMS ONLY.
This does NOT include craft items, brand new merchandise and over priced items.
On the registration form, you will be asked what you will be selling and you will be required to acknowledge that you will ONLY be selling household goods or pesonal items.
BOOTH RENTAL FEES
8’ X 10’ booths are only $50.00 each and you can rent a maximum of three booths per vendor. Tables are available to rent for $10.00 each and chairs for $2.00 each. (PLEASE NOTE: Only TWO tables fit in each 8' X 10 booth.) A limited number of booths with electricity are available for $20.00 per plug. 7% Indiana Sales Tax and a processing convenience fee will be charged at check-out. Booth placement will be first-come, first-served based on when your reservation form and payment are received. Your booth(s) will be marked off for you, and are yours for the entire day.

Booth set-up will be open on Friday, April 14th from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, April 15th from 6:00 AM to 7:30 AM. Your booth must be set up by 7:30 AM on Saturday, April 15th and is to remain open until the sale ends at 2:00 PM. Failure to do so may result in not being accepted at future garage sales.
You are NOT ALLOWED to affix or attach ANYTHING to the walls at the Porter County Expo. If you do and cause any damage to the walls, you accept responsibility for the cost of repairing any damage.
Requests for specific booth locations will not be accepted. Locations will be assigned based on when your online booth registration form and payment are received. Your registration is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email from the Expo Center.
After your registration is confirmed, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
Disposition Of Unsold Items
In the past, we were able to find non-profit agencies who would come and pick up unsold items left by our vendors. Unfortunately, those agencies will no longer accept unsold items. Our only other option is to pay our refuse service a substantial sum of money to transport the unsold items to a landfill, which means that we would have to increase the booth rental rates. Because only a small portion of our vendors left unsold items, we did not think it would be fair to pass the cost along to vendors who did not leave unsold items.
Therefore, you will no longer be able to leave unsold items at the Expo Center after the Garage Sale.
