The 12,000 square foot Show Arena building is 126' x 178'. It includes a 36' x 135' show area with a dirt floor in the center surrounded by a concrete apron to accommodate chair or bleacher seating.  There are convenient gates to the adjacent Cattle and Swine Barns for easy movement of livestock. The rental fee of $350 per day includes sound and lighting, WiFi, parking and restrooms.  Bleacher or chair seating is available.  One bleacher section seats 50. 

Directly to the west of the Show Arena, the 15,500 square foot Cattle Barn is 104' x 149' with a concrete floor.  It can accommodate up to 32 stalls temporary stalls and has a convenient gate to the Show Arena for the easy movement of livestock. Building rental is $325 a day, along with a $15 per stall fee.  A clean-up charge of $15 per stall will be added, along with a dumpster fee of $350.

Directly to the east of the Show Arena, the 9,000 square foot Swine Barn is 80' x 149' with a concrete floor. It can accommodate up to 50 stalls temporary stalls and has a convenient gate to the Show Arena for the easy movement of livestock. Building rental is $250 a day, along with a $15 per stall fee.  A clean-up charge of $15 per stall will be added, along with a dumpster fee of $350.

RV campsites with electric and water hook-up are available for $35 per day.  Use of the camping area requires overnight security at the rate of $30 per man hour.

Gates, black stanchions with chains, rope and pennants are also available. 

Concessions catering is not included in the costs listed above.  Dates and facilities are only guaranteed when a contract is executed and any necessary deposits are paid.  7% Indiana sales tax is added to all invoices. Prices are subject to change.

Are you ready to get started with your event planning?  The first step is to complete and submit an online Request for Proposal (RFP).  The RFP will provide us the initial information we need to determine date(s) availability and estimated costs.  Within three business days of the submission of the RFP, our event manager will contact you to discuss the options you have chosen, other services or options that you may desire, and to answer any questions.  After this follow up discussion, we will prepare an estimate for you.  Please note that submitting an RFP does NOT guarantee date availability or costs.  It is simply a tool we use to get your event planning started.  So, if you are ready to begin, just CLICK HERE to complete and submit your RFP.
